There are few things more divine than a perfect rum and raisin brownie loaded with rum-soaked California raisins. Chocolate, raisins and rum is really one of the best flavour combinations for desserts. Rum brings out the chocolate flavour, and the raisins give just a tiny bit of additional sweetness. Best served plain, or with a dusting of icing sugar or with a generous scoop of rum and raisin ice cream!
